Densely woven and durable fabric group preferred in workwear and outerwear products. Its thick structure requires cutting parameters close to denim; blade pressure and needle thickness are calibrated per fabric weight, batch by batch.
A smooth-surfaced fabric with twill weave structure widely used in trousers and jacket production; its fine build requires precise spreading and low tension settings in sewing. We preserve surface smoothness through handling discipline.
A medium-weight fabric group with diagonal weave pattern widely used in chino trousers and casual wear; the bias structure makes correct cutting direction essential. Direction check is applied as standard procedure across batches.
A distinctive fabric with ribbed surface structure. Nap direction is a critical parameter in cut planning; incorrect nap creates color differences within a batch. All pieces are spread in single direction; cutting plan matches accordingly.
Due to its natural fiber structure, stretch and shrinkage rates differ from other woven fabrics. Pre-cut relaxation and dimensional stability are this group's technical needs; shrinkage is measured per batch and reflected in pattern.
A fine and densely woven smooth-surfaced fabric widely used in shirt and light trouser production. It is a delicate fabric requiring fine needle gauges and low tension settings; surface inspection is applied at every operation.

Smooth-surfaced casual and business trousers produced from twill and gabardine fabrics. The thinner fabric structure compared to denim requires different tension and feed settings. Pattern grading is precisely applied per size range; hem finishing, waistband and pocket assembly are carried out at product-specific workstations.

A product category that requires technical sewing with its multi-pocket structure and functional details. Pocket assembly and accessory fastening operations create a complex workflow. Separate stitch sequencing and reinforcement points are set for each pocket type; assembly runs at sequential workstations per tech pack.

Covers products such as jackets, coats and vests. Multi-layered product assembly, interlining compatibility, zipper bed preparation and collar configuration define this category's technical needs. Lining assembly and inner structure details for each model are carried out at separate operation stations per the tech pack sequence.

A product category where durability and functionality are the primary focus. Reinforced stitch points and fabric selections requiring high abrasion resistance form the core parameters. Bar-tack stitches are applied to critical stress points; pull-force tests in accessory assembly are run as standard procedure per batch.

Covers products made from light and medium-weight fabrics. The thin fabric structure requires precise feed control and low tension settings in sewing. In shirt production, collar and cuff assembly is carried out at dedicated stations; in skirt and shorts, waistband and hem details are completed through a separate workflow.

Production capacity is offered for special design projects and technically demanding orders outside standard category definitions. Line configuration and operation sequencing are planned per the client tech pack. Every stage from sampling to mass production is managed through dedicated project-based technical coordination.
