The design studio bridges creative direction and technical detail; through seasonal concept proposals, fabric and surface research, it is the first link where the client brief turns into a concrete design file. Sketches, mood boards and reference work converge on one digital system, run in sync with the pattern team and stored in the digital archive.

The pattern atelier converts the design file into measurable patterns; size grid decisions, pattern grading and range-of-motion tests run here. Sample patterns are adapted to production patterns, marker plans are prepared for sewing line compatibility. Measurement consistency is tracked digitally per piece, size consistency is monitored per batch.

The cutting line is the facility core that prepares fabric piece by piece; spreading, automated cutting machines and waste control run in coordination here. For each batch fabric analysis, shrinkage test and color-width control are performed; cut pieces are labeled with serial codes and delivered to the sewing line via ERP. In-line waste rate stays low.

The sewing hall transforms cut pieces into final form; specialized machinery, experienced operators and in-line quality checkpoints shape production. Per-batch sewing output is monitored; denim-specific machines sit at designated stations on the line. Corrective action engages without stopping the line, line efficiency is reported by shift.

The washing section is the facility link that shapes the product's final visual character; drum capacity, chemical preparation areas and sample verification line work integrated. Recipe-approved washing parameters apply with automatic dosing, PP reference comparison runs per batch. Yield and effect stay balanced, water reclaim reduces environmental load.

Iron and packaging is the final facility link preparing products for shipment; press ironing lines, final visual check stations and labeling areas operate in sequence. Each product is bound to its batch serial via QR, the client label prints over digital approval. After shipping window control, the carton passes final quality control. Dispatch is logged.
Six support areas feeding production lines form an integrated backbone; supply, intermediate stock, shipping preparation, innovation, quality control and operations management work under one facility roof. Line flow stays balanced.
The raw material warehouse is the control point where production begins; incoming batches pass label, weight and color checks and are placed in batch quarantine. Supplier documents are digitally archived, batch approval feeds line flow.

The quality control laboratory is the facility core verifying compliance with denim standards; color fastness, shrinkage, seam durability tests and PP reference comparison run here. Reports are shared with the line, lot approval is granted.
Administrative and operations offices are the decision center where production flow is managed; planning, client relations, purchasing and reporting run here. Lot data, capacity visibility and brief tracking are shared with line teams.
