1. Site Owner and Scope

The denimmoon.com website (hereinafter the "Website") is operated by Denim Moon Tekstil İthalat ve İhracat Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter "Denim Moon"). These Website Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits and uses the Website, whether or not they are a member (hereinafter the "User"). A User who accesses the Website is deemed to have read and accepted these terms; a User who does not accept them should not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is published to present Denim Moon's denim and woven apparel production capacity, production models, collections and corporate information, and to enable visitors to submit contact and meeting requests, create a membership and request quotations for products. The Website is a B2B production partnership platform; no direct sales are made and no payments are collected through it. Provisions on quotation requests are set out in the Quotation and Pricing Terms, and provisions on membership in the Individual and Corporate Membership Agreements.

3. Nature of the Content

Product information, technical values, list prices, estimated totals, production scale tiers, size tables, capacity and lead time information on the Website are for general information and reference; they do not constitute an offer, commitment or warranty. Binding prices and conditions are determined only in the final quotation sent in writing by Denim Moon. Denim Moon reserves the right to change, update or remove the content without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content of the Website, including its design, software, texts, product and facility images, videos, pattern and technical specification information, logos and trademarks, belongs to Denim Moon or its licensors and is protected under the Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and the Industrial Property Law No. 6769. The User may view the content solely for personal information and for obtaining quotations. Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, using on another site, modifying or using the content for commercial purposes, in whole or in part, without the written permission of Denim Moon is prohibited. Short quotations with attribution are excluded from this prohibition.

5. Obligations of the User

The User is obliged to comply with applicable law, public morality and these terms when using the Website. In particular, the User may not:

• Use software, scripts or methods that disrupt the security, integrity or operation of the Website or place excessive load on it;
• Collect product, price and content data with robots, crawlers or similar automated tools;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, Denim Moon's systems or restricted areas;
• Submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory content or content that infringes the rights of third parties through forms and quotation requests;
• Upload files containing viruses or malicious code.

In the event of a breach of these obligations, Denim Moon may restrict the User's access, suspend or terminate the membership and claim compensation for any damage incurred.

6. Forms and Uploaded Files

The User accepts that the information and files submitted through the forms on the Website are accurate and that the User is authorised to submit them. Rights in materials such as designs, briefs, technical files and company presentation documents remain with the submitting party; Denim Moon uses them solely to assess the request and prepare a quotation, and keeps them confidential in accordance with the Design and Sample Confidentiality Statement.

7. Membership and Social Sign-In

Some functions of the Website require membership. Membership is governed by the Individual Membership and Quotation Request Agreement or the Corporate Membership and Quotation Request Agreement. Where login is made with a Google or Facebook account, the terms of use and privacy terms of the relevant provider also apply; Denim Moon is not responsible for the services of these providers.

8. Personal Data and Cookies

Personal data processed during the use of the Website is processed in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where applicable, the GDPR, within the framework explained in the Privacy Notice. The cookies used on the Website and how to manage your preferences are explained in the Cookie Policy; cookies other than strictly necessary cookies are set only with your explicit consent.

9. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to social media accounts, map services, certification bodies or other sites. These links are provided for convenience only; the content, security and privacy practices of the linked sites are outside the control and responsibility of Denim Moon.

10. Limitation of Liability

Denim Moon exercises reasonable care to keep the Website operating without interruption, error or security incident; however, the Website is provided "as is". Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, Denim Moon is not liable for interruptions and data loss caused by maintenance, updates, infrastructure or internet access problems, cyber attacks and force majeure, for consequences arising from the reference nature of the information on the Website, or for damage arising from the User's use of the Website contrary to these terms.

11. Restriction of Access

Denim Moon may temporarily or permanently restrict or suspend access to all or part of the Website for security, maintenance, legal obligation or in the event of a breach of these terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

Denim Moon may update these terms at any time. The current version is published on this page together with its effective date; changes take effect on the date of publication. Continued use of the Website after a change means that the User accepts the current terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. Where the User qualifies as a consumer, the User's rights under consumer protection legislation are reserved.
