Review Publication Consent

1. Data Controller and Purpose

This Review Publication Consent is prepared by Denim Moon Tekstil İthalat ve İhracat Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter "Denim Moon") to explain the scope of the explicit consent given for the publication on the website of reviews submitted through the Customer Review Form and the Supplier Review Form on denimmoon.com. This text is the basis of the explicit consent obtained under Article 5 of the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, and supplements the Privacy Notice.

2. Information to Be Published

If you tick the option "I consent to the publication of my review" in the review form, the following information may be published on our website:

• Full name, position and company name (as a signature in the form "Full Name, Position - Company");
• Duration of cooperation;
• Ratings given for the review criteria;
• Review text.

Your telephone number, e-mail address and any other contact details provided in the form are never published; they are used only to verify the review and to contact you.

3. Place and Form of Publication

After being reviewed by Denim Moon for content and suitability, reviews may be published on the Awards and Feedback page of the website and in Denim Moon's corporate presentation materials. Denim Moon is free to decide whether or not to publish a review; it may edit the review text for spelling and length without changing its meaning, and may decline to publish statements that are unlawful or infringe the rights of third parties.

4. Nature of the Consent

• Publication consent is based on explicit consent; the consent box is never pre-ticked and consent is obtained only through your affirmative action.
• Giving publication consent is not a condition for your review being received by Denim Moon and used to measure service quality; you may submit a review without giving publication consent.
• If you submit the review on behalf of a company, you are deemed to declare that you have the necessary authority for the publication of the company name and your position.

5. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your publication consent at any time by sending an e-mail to contact@denimmoon.com stating your full name and company name. Upon your withdrawal request, your review is removed from the website within 30 days at the latest; reviews included in printed presentation materials are removed in the next print run. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of publication carried out before the date of withdrawal.

6. Retention Period

Published reviews remain on the website until the publication consent is withdrawn or the review is deemed to be no longer current. After removal from publication, review records are kept with restricted access for the retention period stated in the Privacy Notice for evidentiary purposes.

7. Your Rights

Your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 and, where applicable, Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, together with the application procedure, are set out in the Privacy Notice. To request a correction to your published review, you may write to contact@denimmoon.com.

8. Declaration of Consent

I have read the explanations above. I give my explicit consent to the publication of the review I have submitted, with the signature of my full name, position and company name and together with the ratings and review text, on the Denim Moon website and in its corporate presentation materials. I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time.
