Commercial Electronic Message Consent

2. Scope of Consent

By ticking the option "I consent to receiving commercial electronic messages" in the forms on our website or during membership registration, you consent to receiving promotional content about our products, services, production capacity, collections, trade fair participation, campaigns, industry updates and greetings at the electronic contact addresses you have provided, through the following channels:

• E-mail
• Short message (SMS)
• Telephone call

Your consent is recorded together with your full name and electronic contact address, the date and channel of consent and the version of the text consented to. Your consent remains valid until you exercise your right to opt out.

3. How Consent Is Obtained

• The consent box is never pre-ticked; consent is obtained only through your affirmative action.
• Giving consent to commercial electronic messages is not a condition for any service, quotation request or membership on our website. You benefit from all our services in the same way whether or not you give consent.
• Confirmation that your electronic consent has been received is sent to your electronic contact address within 24 hours, together with the option to opt out.
• As required by the Regulation, your consent is recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) operated in Türkiye. You may view, change or withdraw your consent through İYS.

4. Messages That Do Not Require Consent

Notifications relating to an ongoing membership, quotation request, quotation process, information update or account security, and notifications required by law, are not commercial electronic messages and do not require consent. No product or service is promoted in such notifications.

Under the Law, prior consent is not required for commercial electronic messages sent to recipients who are merchants or tradespeople; however, such recipients retain the right to opt out, and no messages are sent after an opt-out without new consent.

5. Right to Opt Out

You may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without giving any reason. Your opt-out invalidates the consent for the communication channel through which it is made. To opt out:

• Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every e-mail we send.
• Use the opt-out method stated in the short message, free of charge, through the same channel.
• Send an e-mail to contact@denimmoon.com or call +90 212 438 72 37.
• Exercise your right to opt out through the Message Management System (İYS).

Commercial electronic messages are stopped within three business days at the latest after your opt-out request reaches us. Exercising your right to opt out does not prevent notifications that we are legally required to send.

6. Content of Messages

Every commercial electronic message we send includes our company name and MERSİS number, at least one accessible contact detail and the opt-out method. Where the nature of the message is not clear from its content, a qualifying expression such as "promotion", "campaign" or "information" is used. Messages containing discounts, gifts or promotions clearly state this fact and the applicable conditions.

7. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data processed under this consent, such as your full name, e-mail, telephone, date and channel of consent, is processed in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data solely for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages, and is shared with e-mail and SMS service providers and the Message Management System for delivery. 8. Declaration of Consent

I have read the explanations above. I consent to receiving commercial electronic messages from Denim Moon Tekstil İthalat ve İhracat Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi by e-mail, short message and telephone call at the electronic contact addresses I have provided. I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time through the methods stated above.
